24g CO2 Cartridge for Model-Specific Inflator Systems
Marine Ready Inflation Power
The 24g CO2 cartridge is used in selected inflators, flotation products and OEM mechanisms. A nominal 24g fill does not establish compatibility or suitability for a safety application. Approval should cover the inflator model, interface drawing, sealing and puncture geometry, installed envelope, environmental test plan and required evidence.
Key Features
- Reference 30 cc water capacity, 25.4 mm outside diameter and 105 mm length
- 1/2-20 UNF or 3/8-24 UNF interface variants subject to approved drawing
- Fill tolerance, leakage test and activation criteria defined for the program
- Coating, marking and packaging reviewed for the intended environment
- Device-level sample and functional validation required before production approval
Applications
The 24g CO2 size is widely used across:
-
Auto-inflatable life jackets (PFDs)
-
Manual-pull life vests
-
Kayaking, rafting, and paddle-sport flotation devices
-
Commercial fishing and offshore crew safety gear
-
Recreational boating and watersport vests
-
Emergency marine safety equipment
Device compatibility must be validated against the inflator mechanism and approved drawing; fill weight alone is not sufficient.
OEM Customization
PopularGas can review marking, finish, branding and packaging options. Interface, sealing face, puncture geometry and other safety-critical dimensions are controlled by the approved drawing and cannot be treated as decorative customization.

B2B buyer checklist
Buying 24g cartridges for an inflator or air vest?
A 24g marking does not confirm device fit. Send the thread or neck drawing, inflator model and sample requirement.
- Threaded or non-threaded interface
- Neck, seal and puncture geometry
- Device model and deployment test
- Quantity, packaging and destination market
